We have had this company for our church and staff houses for several years. There are repeated issues with the equipment. The local gm stopped responding and corporate had to get involved to help us. That was about a year ago. Still the alarms go off randomly and the police are called. The police told us to please let the alarm company know as it is a waste of tax payer money. I’ve had an appointment once a week for a little over a month and the issue still isn’t fixed. Need new parts but they won’t replace. Other issues continue to come up but aren’t fixed. The technicians are nice but problems are only temporarily fixed. Can’t deal with this all the time.
Company is an absolute joke.... They keep trying to get u to sign up for a new contract to get some decent service and actually any service...I will not stop until I can tell every single person I know about the sham this company is. And to think all you had to do was throw in the two thermostats I asked for since I don’t use you for monitoring and the office of your ceo already told me I’m 1500$ left in my contract in what I don’t use...all I wanted was some thermostats?!?!!
