Get directionsOur doorbell camera will randomly record every minute or so. This happens one a week or so, all different times of the day and records anywhere from 20-75 clips. The last tech who came out refused to believe me and was very disrespectful. We also had two alarms in the middle of the night recording our back door opening. The door was closed and dead bolted, never coming open. I can’t wait till our contract is up so we can move on. Do Not enter into a contract if you decide to use them.

Technician was on time and very nice. Completed warranty work in a flash. Not so happy with new office staff at Alert 360 who bought my previous security monitoring company and are trying to now charge me for a trip change and the cellular battery even though I have been paying for a maintenance contract for several years to cover all out of pocket costs associated with this security system. Will see what happen with next invoice.

Company is an absolute joke.... They keep trying to get u to sign up for a new contract to get some decent service and actually any service...I will not stop until I can tell every single person I know about the sham this company is. And to think all you had to do was throw in the two thermostats I asked for since I don’t use you for monitoring and the office of your ceo already told me I’m 1500$ left in my contract in what I don’t use...all I wanted was some thermostats?!?!!
