We contacted customer service with an issue and they were awesome troubleshooting she immediately scheduled a technician the next day! How lucky?! He arrived by 8am after receiving a timeframe 8-12pm. He presented options and fixed the issue, we're now wireless with no rate increase because we committed to 3-year contract. Happy customers since 2009!
