Alert 360 dropped the ball on my appointment they had scheduled but still got a technician out to my house that same day. Jerry had been working all day but was just as polite And professional as if I was the first client of the day. I was already tired and cranky about the rescheduled service and Jerry made me forget about all of that. If I was hiring for customer service I would want all my people to be as good as Jerry. Great technician. Kudos to him and alert 360 for customer service.
