We have been a customer of Alert 360 for several years. They are always quick to dispatch someone when we need assistance. The technician who came today was very pleasant and thorough. He addressed all our issues and tested all aspects of the system before leaving. To be honest, I have had issues with other techs leaving and not testing everything, only for us to find that something wasn’t working exactly right afterwards but I did not experience that problem today. Albert called to let me know he was en-route. He did an excellent job. He removed the security camera from the ceiling of the front porch & relocated it to the side of our home. We have eyes on every area of our home. Thank you Albert for your kindness & professional install. Have a blessed week.

A technician had to make 3 trips to my house to complete the job. He failed to install the SD cards when he came to do the installation of new cameras. The box everything was in indicated the SD cards were included. Stacey called later that day to ask why we didn't have them installed. The notes regarding the job indicated we changed our mind; but, we had not.The backyard camera that was first installed also failed to work properly and had to be replaced that 2nd day also.
