Tina is an excellent technicaian. I enjoyed talking with her as she worked. She kindly showed me how to change batteries on the door lock and how to use a 9 volt on the door lock if your batteries died. You can send her any time.

Tina was my service technician and she was very knowledgeable, competent and congenial. She listen to my problems I was having with my bullet and dome cameras. She used our home computer and corrected the motion sensitivity options that cut down on the many notifications we were getting while we were at home. My wife and I are very happy that we only get notifications now when the system is armed. THANK YOU TINA!!
