The representative was very helpful and explained what could possibly be the issue and quickly made all necessary adjustments and tests that could prevent any further issue. He seemed well informed and very courteous. I've had problems from the start of installation almost a year ago, but hopefully now remedied. Earl was the technician that came to our home. We had a battery issue which he took care of and he opened and closed each window downstairs to make sure everything was set. He is a very personable and courteous person and a great representative of your company!

I think if an alarm is not working we should have someone fix it the same or next day (because the 3 days that I noticed the alarm wasn’t working were the days I absolutely needed the alarm to work) but also if we are scheduled from 8to noon the job needs to end at noon, but the service guy was great and fixed the problem
