From the first time I talked to Alex to the final closing, Alex kept his word and was 100% confident that we would have our new home despite our very unique situation! While other lenders said sorry we cant help, Alex said yes “I can help you!” Alex and his assistant Therese worked so incredibly hard to make the closing a success despite having to deal with title issues from the county! I had a great - 5 star - experience with the lending officer, Alex Bokich, but a very frustrating experience with the underwriting process. If it wasn't for Mr. Bokich fighting for me, this deal likely would have gone to another lender whose underwriters were capable of applying basic common sense principles when reviewing the loan. I'm not a lending expert, but for me, the underwriter's findings defied logic. It seems that they do not understand the distinction between the letter of a law, and the intent of a law.
