My name is Alex Schafers. I grew up and lived in the Cincinnati/Dayton area my whole life and plan on staying! I have a lot of pride in what I do and look forward to servicing the area for many more years. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2016 where I received a degree in education. During my Junior year of college, I decided to get my real estate license and I started selling homes at just 20 years old. I quickly fell in love with the business.

I am a first time home-buyer with little to no knowledge about the entire process, and what it entailed. Alex worked with me diligently, regardless of the time of day. We were able to view multiple homes, to try and find the perfect one we were the most happy with. (No small feat) All the steps were clearly explained, and we were able to close on our home in slightly less than month, when I had thought it would take much longer. Alex is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Early morning, late in the evening - doesn't matter! He's always working! He suffered through tons of properties to help us find the right one. Very patient and helpful. Our #1 recommendation!

Alex did an excellent job finding homes within our price range and being very patient with us as we were a little indecisive as to what type of home we wanted and the location of the home. He was a very good realtor in terms of helping us negotiate price and working with other realtors on items that needed fixed on the home, etc. Overall a fantastic realtor!!!
