No issues with Alexa and her staff at all. Would highly recommend them. Not pleased with how difficult it was for a self employed individual to qualify for a mortgage. Alexa and her staff were the only thing keeping the process on track and keeping me going providing the excessive documentation required to get mortgage.

We could not find better mortgage rates, and it was reasonably efficient. They were very thorough evaluating our finances, but that is understandable.

Alexa and staff were very responsive to questions and provided updates frequently. After shopping for mortgages, Caliber offered the best rates. While a mortgage application is always very tedious, the upload system was not difficult.

We tried to refinance our home with another mortgage company and they were just awful. After 2 months with mistakes and not fixing the mistakes we decided to go with Caliber Home Loans and was very pleased that the interest rate was considerable lower, their communication was spot on and how professional they were. We would highly recommend them.
