EXCELLENT CHOICE FOR APARTMENTS The staff is amazing, the apartments are updated. The bedrooms are large, bathrooms are super sized. The kitchen is very spacious and parking is great. They have a newly decorated gym. You cannot go wrong choosing Alexander Court as your next home.
Alexander Court I have lived here several different times. Once with family, once with a roommate and now on my own. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance crew are great and friendly.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE I only wish I had seen some of these reviews before I moved in a few months ago. Management has complete disregard for any of my maintenance concerns despite my constant emails and stops by the office. I have never lived in a worse apartment when it comes to communication. Truly disgusted with the way I’ve been treated since I moved in.
DONT LIVE HERE Sorry for the novel but I have a lot to say. I’ve lived here for the majority of this year. Before new management, I absolutely loved it. It was quiet, private and peaceful, the staff would respond to emails in minutes and always answered the phone. I valued the privacy we got and while it is a little pricey, I always said it was worth it for all those reasons and more. DONT MOVE HERE I have been living in this apartment complex for several months now, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. The primary issue I've encountered is the unresponsiveness of the management when it comes to fixing maintenance problems. DONT DO IT All I have to say is the “NEW” management very conceited and will take you for a joke every chance they get. No one in the office takes you seriously when you come in for assistance. There is one dumpster for the WHOLE community and it overfills every other day trash sits until someone comes to clean it up. Also they fine you for everything.
The worst apartment I’ve ever lived in For 4/6 months of my lease agreement so far I have had to clean up a rain leak that dumps water into my apartment every single time it rains. Each time i’ve attempted to get it fixed I get brushed off by management like they couldn’t care less. Dumpster gets overfilled every other day and you’ll be sure to hear multiple gunshots every night. Stay far away from this terrible establishment, they’ll take your money and run with it.
DON'T MOVE HERE! STEER CLEAR! This apartment is only after your money and doesn't care about customer service or their tenants.
Don't Do IT Over priced, small work-out room, television never worked . Ask for clarity about security deposit, 60 day notice, and anything else before you move in. Management will misled you
