Love Perfect building and extremely helpful staff. Great location
Alexander House I really do love living at Alexander House. The apartment itself is great. Up to date appliances, plenty of space. The building is quiet and the amenities are nice. My only complaint is that the air system here is a little weird so sometimes smells from other neighbor's apartments are carried directly into mine. This can range from an air freshener smell to cigarette smoke to food.
Great Apartments! This apartment is ideal for any and everything you may need. It is a two minute walk to the Silver Spring metro, and surrounded by countless restaurants, bars and shops all within the downtown Silver Spring area. The apartment hosts a wide variety of amenities which include a pool, concierge, both leasing office and management office in the building, washer and dryer in the unit, and a balcony with an excellent of both Maryland and DC. Overall, a great community.
