Alexandar and his team did a great job! They were very informative, and coach me through the process. I started talking with Alexandar on January 8th, closed on the loan January 27th, and had the money in my account on February 2nd. Less than a month, very pleased!

Alex did a good job, he helped us get through a couple of unexpected Problems. and stayed with it until they were solved.
I started working with Alex and provided all documentation on demand in a very timely manner. I also paid $560 for a home appraisal and then received the news that I didn’t qualify for the originally quoted term sheet. I then requested a new term sheet and have yet to see it. In the mean time the appraiser showed up at my house. I’m not paying over $500 for an appraisal on my home without even receiving a term sheet. This seems a lot like bait and switch. I wouldn’t recommend Alex or Mutual of Omaha Mortgage to anyone.
