In a nice location with a water view. Had to send back my cosmopolitan because it was undrinkable. Staff was very friendly. They offered a “ Ladies salad” which is a sexist offering and inappropriate. Despite this, the food was very good and would recommend the restaurant.

The food and service were both excellent. We had the flounder special and the short ribs. Both were absolutely delicious. The food was served very hot and on heated plates (extra points for that), perfectly cooked. We also had the mussels which were also delicious. The portion size on the mussels was a bit small but not a problem. Atmosphere is very relaxing, especially seated on the “porch.” Somewhat older crowd maybe in part due to prices. Though the restaurant sits in a very appealing location and one can dine overlooking the 'lazy' river, that is not enough to justify the premium cost for an average meal. Our server, as nice as he was, was not overly engaging (which we believe adds to an dining experience). The food was ok overall, with the pickled shrimp & pimento cheese offering quite flavorful.
