Reservation was for a birthday. Never acknowledged or acknowledged our seating placement request. Prime Rib was not tender. Salmon came with mashed potatoes, never described as part of dish...did not want to correct. Soups were excellent as were the drinks. Key Lime pie was green, too limey, very heavy, and smothered in a raspberry puree. We won't be returning.

Not our best experience while in Hilton Head. They sat us in the Bar which turned out to be obnoxiously loud. The Service was excellent. The Prime rib was very tough. Flavor was good but not a very good cut of beef. That was the biggest disappointment. The Deserts were wonderful. Overall, it was just OK for me..

Dined on New Year’s Eve and enjoyed the special 3 course pre fix menu. Food, service, atmosphere and overall dining experience were superb.

We had not been to Hilton Head Island in about 15 years. We used to go to Alexander's every year. The establishment is still consistent as it used to be. Great food, atmosphere, and service year after year. Always a stop when we are on the island.
