Food was great and pricey. Porch view was blocked.
We dined here after a matinee at the Art Center. Enjoyed the Early Menu-- we both had delicious prime rib which was cooked to the exact temperature we each requested. No view of the water this time, since the windows are under construction. But the food was yummy, and the portions were generous (I took home half of my prime rib to have for lunch the next day). Service was noticeably fantastic, as the servers helped one another and worked as a team to make the guests comfortable.
The food was absolutely delicious. We had fun with the people near us. Our waiter was just wonderful. We will certainly come back the next time we are in Hilton Head.
The service was outstanding!!! The food was average and always has been. Flounder and mashed potatoes were good, but what was that spam like shrimp stuffing. The lobster was good, but why put garlic overloaded asparagus on the plate? Simple plain asparagus with butter would have been a better complement.?

Hello Begs and thank you for the feedback. Your comments will be shared with our chef as we certainly try to accommodate all of our guests . Also, thank you for the shout out regarding the service! Have a wonderful day!
Food and service were excellent. My wife had prime rib and I had red snapper. Both were prepared perfectly and tasted great. Only issue is a temporary one, they are remodeling and the bank of windows over looking the adjacent canal is now completely covered with white fiberboard. Not as good a view.
I'm 80 and wife is 78, so comments are reflective of our age. Had a very nice prime rib. Roasted potatoes were good but way too many. Brocollini was terrible. Wife had schnitzel. Was excellent but twice the size she could eat. The dinner rolls had to be Sister Schuberts. The room temperature was way too cold for me, I was very uncomfortable all night. And I wore a T-shirt, a regular shirt and a sweater. The fact they don't offer senior size meals, plus the temperature situation, we won't be back. Still a good place for young... read more

Hello Dave and thank you for the feedback. We apologize that you were not 100% satisfied with your visit as we certainly try to accommodate all of our guests. The temperature inside should always be consistent, regardless of the temperature outside so the management staff that night should've had that regulated. As far as portions, we always try to offer the most for your dollar, so if you would like smaller portions in the future, I would like to recommend the early bird to you. Thank you.
