Food was great, cocktails left much to be desired
Alexander’s is always a “must eat” for us on our many trips to the island. Beautiful restaurant, expansive menu, and great food in a relaxed but upscale environment. We have had our wonderful server (Donna) on our last two visits, and her service is second to none. Donna’s hospitality and attention to detail is truly the cherry on top of an always stellar experience at Alexander’s. The key lime pie is not to be missed. Highly recommend.
They sat us by the fireplace at the bar, very cozy. Our waiter Eric was amazing, helped us with food and wine choices and kept us entertained, we’ll be back!!
Very nice. Excellent cocktails! Food good, but not great.
Our server Michelle was probably the worst server we have ever had. She was rude and unfriendly the whole time we were there. She reached across people rather than walking around our table to each guest to deliver spoons and other items. Totally unprofessional and disappointing from such a nice restaurant. The food however was fantastic and I would recommend the restaurant to anyone I know.

Dinner was, as usual, wonderful, and attractively served. I miss the bacon-wrapped scallops of the past, though.
