Came back to give what was once one of our favorite restaurants another try after a disappointing night a few weeks ago. Our server was much better than last time, but the food had major issues. My husband ordered his steak medium rare, it came out like a charcoal briquet with peppercorn gravy. He asked to just have it taken off the bill, but they insisted on bringing another plate out. Birthday celebration for daughter
It was my birthday and the staff provided a table that I had requested: with a water view! The service was prompt and efficient. The only minor thing was we had to signal our waiter as he passed for a couple of things. The food was excellent, well prepared and presented. We'll be coming back at Xmas!
