It was good, our waiter that started waiting on us went MIA but the waitress that finished up with us was good So I’m hoping she is the one that got the tip
Our first visit to Alexander’s. Nice spot next to Palmetto Dunes lagoon and we had a nice table overlooking the water. Service was efficient and pleasant but their wine list had very few by the glass options and the server wasn’t familiar with the wines. We probably should have asked for a sample but our wines were ok. Calamari app was very good - we both had snapper which was fine.
The staff from the hostess to our waiters were exceptional. Our servers (Karina and Deshaun) made the night memorable with their charm and smiles. The appetizer, salad, soup, main course and dessert was 5 star all the way. This evening made our 2021 trip to Hilton Head memorable. Thanks to all. Charles Ransdell Louisville, KY
Good food and drink. We both opted for the entree special. Our waiter was pleasant, but the turn around time for our orders seemed slower than we were used to. And that is a comparison not just to other restaurants, but to a dinner at this restaurant last week as well as a dinner one night during the last week of may, this year. We have eaten here many times over the years and I am pleased to say that overall the restaurant is on an upward trend. We will be back.
