Alexanders is always reliable for good food , good service and ambiance. It is so nice to sit by the window and look out at the lagoon. It is always very cold there in the summer so when you go bring an extra sweater of jacket. It was 85 degrees outside but real cold inside. The only thing I would like to see is the air conditioning lowered in the summer. Otherwise this place is perfect.

Food is overpriced for the quality and service was not the best. Server was slow to the table, did not state the specials to us, and was extremely slow to refill drinks.

The hostess was rude and tried to seat us at a table that was not as requested. I have been a local customer for many years. This was my most disappointing experience Waitress was very good. Food was just ok.

The crispy brussel sprouts were wonderful. The fresh peach cobbler was warm and comforting. The bass and scallop special was very special- perfectly seasoned and expertly prepared. The crabcakes were good but not to the high standard of the rest of the meal.
