A great place with good food & service. Despite the attraction of the fireplace on a cool night don't accept a table in the room with f/P & bar. My group had a nice dinner till the last hour when a man who already had too much to drink arrived at the adjoining bar and proceeded to debate at an annoyingly loud level with other bar patrons & the bartender. The bartender continued to joke with him instead of trying to quieten him.
It was a great place and the food was excellent. The server could have been a little more interactive but overall no complaints.
We brought out of town guest in for dinner at Alexander’s. We had a lovely meal. Service was slow getting started but once our assigned waitress got us started all went well. 3 of us ordered the flounder and it was excellent. One guest order Wiener schnitzel and he said it was ok but not exceptional. My vodka gimlet was a bit weak and light on the lime. We had a nice seat facing the lagoon and the overall experience was good. Will return in the future.
