Excellent in every way. The chef is great. Get the grouper.
For a wine bar I expected wine flights and an above average wine list. I was disappointed. The food was average but the atmosphere was nice if you overlook the mosquitoes and raccoon on the porch!
It is always nice to dine at Alexander's Restaurant and Wine Bar. The food is delicious, the service is excellent and the ambiance is to notch. We always enjoy the view looking out at the water.
This was our second time to Alexander's and we were not disappointed. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and I am pretty sure the entire staff stopped by our table at one time to say Happy Anniversary to us. Our server recommended the surf and turf, what a recommendation. The steak and almost fork tender and the lobster was outstanding. Britt was a great server. Very accommodating for our family. We had a young child, and the entire staff twas kind to him.
