Excellent food, service and atmosphere
New owners and new chef since last visit. Seafood entrees were excellent. Wiener Schnitzel was good but spinach salad, which used to be outstanding was just OK. Service was a bit unorganized at the beginner but the server made an extra effort to make up for it later.
This is a great place for that special occasion. The food, service, and atmosphere were all terrific! A wide variety of food and wine selections.
Our initial experience was terrible with a bad waiter. We waited for a long time to get our drinks and place our order. After 30 minutes we still had not received our drinks nor the bread that was promised. We got up to leave when and the manager sat us at a different table with a different waitress. This waitress was attentive and we received our orders quickly with a glass of wine for the both os us on the house. We had our Thanksgiving Day meal there and the food was excellent - from the seafood Bisque appetizer to the pumpkin cheesecake dessert. I had the blackened salmon over a grits cake and would highly recommend. Waitstaff was very solicitous but not obtrusive.
