We enjoyed our meals, some more than other, but generally very solid food. Service and atmosphere were very nice. Be sure to request a table at a window on the lower level in order to enjoy the lake and trees outside. That being said, go before sunset to be able to see that lake and trees.

Our first experience at Alexanders in many years. Very pleasant evening. The restaurant is lovely. Sat at a table by the lagoon which was very nice. Service was very prompt and knowledgeable. We originally were going to have the early bird special menu but decided to have the evening specials and use the regular menu. The food was very good. My wife’s salad came out with a hair on it. Alexander's has been a staple of the Palmetto Dunes area for a very long time and they are not tired and continue to please all comers. A bit more relaxed these days in the island spirit. Great specials, seafood dishes and meat dishes alike. You can add a lobster tail to anything you like! The bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer and the beef wellington appetizer are both must try options.
