Services staff really rushed the meal. One meal came out barely warm, but they took care of that. Not really impressed overall.
Food and service were great. Atmosphere was nice and welcoming. We will definitely dine with Alexander's again!
We went for early dining and it is great value! The view on the water is always lovely! The menu options were terrific. I had the soup de hour which was potatoe and smoked salmon. It was delicious, but tepid. He had the house salad with balsamic vinaigrette which was sweet but good. His prime rib was perfect. I had flounder stuffed with crab which was a small portion. both of our veggies were luke warm. I think they plate the veggies all at once and then put on the entree. Great early dinner menu. We started with the She Crab soup and the soup special for the day potato - salmon soup..SOOO good! My husband had med rare prime rib served with mashed potatoes and carrots. It was cooked perfectly and not fatty. The shrimp and grits had great flavor. No room for desert, next time. Very good food and service! We will be back!
