I went to this office in April and everyone there was very very good had my services and left. I had a cleaning coming up in October and due to me not being in town I asked to reschedule the cleaning. Instead of reschedule the cleaning I get a note from them stating I owe them $64.00 for prior service and this was news to me. The office called me and stated that the insurance did not cover everything and that is the reason for the $64.00. Avoid at all cost! They do not understand billing, and they have screwed up my insurances that is mess to sort out! If you want to get ripped off, go to Old Town Dental.
