The five stars are for the service department, based on my experiences with Jon and Will. They always make feel like I'm a priority. Having the ability to speak directly with a mechanic is unheard of in the world of car dealerships. I have refrained from purchasing cars from the sales department on two occasions. I found the manager to be a tad arrogant. I did better price-wise with out-of-state dealerships. The showroom is quite small with often just a vehicle or two on display.

As a new owner of a Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti, which I purchased in Tempe, I was in search of a dealership in N Scottsdale. I typically avoid N Scottsdale dealerships like the plague due to negative reviews and reputation. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of work and customer service that this dealership displayed.My service advisor John Kinney pretty awesome with getting me on the books in times when all dealerships are running low on personnel.
