Jon Kenny took care of my car and completed the service efficiently. Thank you, Jon. My only issue is that I had an offer coupon for 30% off the oil change part of the service, but Jon's management only applied a 19% discount and then charged an additional unexplained fee called "Shop Charge for Repair Order" (whatever that is!). So in the end, the discount was only 15%.
Jon is always pleasant to work with and right on top of what needs to be done.
In my 4th year driving Alfa's, I finally needed my 1st warranty repair. (a door handle switch) But like every time I am in for oil changes and maintenance, John was amazing. Really, the whole crew gives a friendly, "small store" kinda feel. Amazing service on an amazing product that gets "thumbs up" from other drivers, every time I drive! ALFA!
Jon did a great job, as always, in getting my car taken care of and ensuring I was aware of items will be needed in the future.
Aaron Huber in Parts and Jon Kenney in Service were both awesome. Aaron took care of getting necessary A/C parts ordered. Jon listened to my concerns and followed up with service technician as necessary.
Jon Kenney did as usual an outstanding job.
