Working with PRMG was quite an impressive situation. The systems are very informative and as a loan officer in conjunction with my processor, we felt we were informed on the status of the loan through the whole process. My favorite aspect of the process was working with Alice. Alice's knowledge base is expansive and you only know this when you need the information. When I asked the question, she had the answer and or solution. Alice also has a demeanor that is quite extraordinary. Thanks!
