Always a great experience with Alice and her team. Definitely disappointed in the lack of response I have received with a few issues, one of which casued me to lose an $800k loan. Alice has tried to help but even she can't get follow through.

There was some confusion on this loan amount. It was initially $249,900. I submitted a COC to change it to $250,000 and then submitted a second COC to change it back to $249,900, when I learned from your Secondary team that the $250,000 amount would actual reduce the pricing by 25 bps (not increase it by 25 bps). Your COC gal said they would not change the loan amount, but we ended up at $250,000 loan amount anyway and therefore 25 bps worse on pricing then what was originally locked.

Alice was great, Hower the UW kept missing documents that we had sent over several times. Also to get the borrower to fill out the tax documents was difficult as the AE didn’t like ther the instruction wasn’t added to the email. We made the borrower fill them out several times
