I never met her, it was all email. It would be been nice to at least meet who I was dealing with . afterwards i found out from my bank I could have got a better rate with them through a program for people who didn't make over $70,000.00

There was a lack of back-and-forth communication, the team didn't seem to understand what we had to offer. Most communication was via e-mail; telephone would have been better. This caused many problems, including us not being able to put the full money down that we had wanted, which raises our monthly mortgage. We will also be paying our closing costs as part of our loan, rather than outright. This would have gone smoother if we knew the lingo, but we thought the experts would help us with that.
