Great value, excellent staff in an ideal location. It was a bit crowded in the lobby, but that's being nitpicky. There were really no drawbacks for a room in this location and in this price range. It's actually an amazing value. It's a great location for the price. The desk attendant at check-in was extremely kind and helpful. Comfy, great location to everywhere Room bit small for a family of 4 though we knew it’s small when booking it. Great location, next to bus terminal (coach USA to Newark Airport), most musical theater nearby. 2 complementary drinks and 1 breakfast when checking in, which is a surprise. Friendly staffs and Lurhesse welcoming us at midnight 1am and help us again when checking out. Great stay for 4 nights in New York.
Amazing! Thanks for making our trip so unforgettable I loved that the staff helped make my 10yos birthday so special. They decorated it with balloons chocolate and showered her in love. So special!
