Exceptional There are not enough elevators for the number of people, especially when they were using 1 for the rooftop bar. We had to wait a while for elevators. Location , location, location Comfy beds, good lighting. Love the city views !

It was comfortable, and clean. Except for the elevator issue that was a big problem for me and many of the guests there. Female bartender was rude, as as the host to the restaurant.(Male) the elevators were a nightmare. It took me 30 mins waiting for it to come down one day, and it took a long time every other time. Staff said they were working on the issue, but it was a real inconvenience especially when you want to get to your room or come down to explore the city to make the best of your time there. Very Good Perfect location, only 5min walk from Time square. Coffee shops and restaurants around. Rooms small but nice and clean.
Family of 4, all adults. Slow elevators, rooms are tight for more than 2 people, but doable. Good location, clean room, nice staff.
