Good for the money The reception is super busy, the line takes forever, super crowded lobby. The card reader malfunctioned and created a huge mess for many guests. Spent hours trying to resolve the problem, yet unsuccessfully. Also got a double booked room, but was offered an upgrade. Loved the rooftop bar, mirrors design and complementary drinks. Room on the 38th floor facing the Edge.

Fabulous hotel in the perfect location Nothing. Our stay was perfect. Our stay at Aliz hotel Times Square was everything that we could have wished for. The room preparation and continual cleanliness was really good. The hotels central location is well worth paying that bit extra for.
Lovely and new hotel near Times Square that was a great place to rest No iron in room if needed (may be able to ask but I didn’t as no need for one). I do also wish I was able to just visit the rooftop with its view but only open in the evenings, no kids allowed, and reservations needed. Very cute decor, very clean, accommodating and nice staff. Welcome drinks and $25 towards food was nice. Nice mini fridge with Fiji waters. Nicely scented toiletries.
Pleasant esiste un unico ascensore che si condivide con i dipendenti dell'hotel, quindi molto lento nel salire e molto lento nel scendere Letto comodo, bagno carino, vista carina, rooftop molto bello
