Very Good Kleine Zimmer
Wonderful
Nice, elegant, and a short walk to Times Square. The lobby was always full of people The elevator took some time with 40 floors. It didn’t really seem Kid-friendly with the roof top bar and adult only ambience. The property was nice and clean. There was an elegant ambience. There were complimentary drinks given for the bar downstairs and a $25 token you could spend at the hotel. The hotel staff had great customer service and good hospitality.
Exceptional Rooms are nice, good convenient shower. We stayed 2 people in twin queen beds and it was very convenient.
Small rooms with relatively good location Extremely small room. I learnt to be sure to check the room size before booking anything after this stay. Cramped walkways, elevators take forever to arrive. We were told we had to pay for amenities fee for the computer room and fitness centre (which only had 1-2 peloton bikes iirc). It's location was good but the surroundings outside the hotel were dirty and smelly.
I would definitely stay here again if I return to New York. Restrictions on access to some areas in the rooftop bar as they were either closed or shut off for private functions, so we were only able to access 1 of the 2 floors throughout our stay. The rooms were a good size for New York and location was very good. Views from the rooftop bar were amazing.

Would recommend b Elevator took a long time. Front staff seemed rush & didn’t tell all the details. Great ‘bonus’ of drink credits. Lovely room with a view. Good location.
