Wonderful
Really enjoyed our stay - the roof top bar was fab. Other residents were a bit noisy but nothing you can really do about that. Lifts could be slow due to the number of floors but only to be expected. Hotel was in a great location for us near to Madison Square Gardens. Room was a good size for New York with 2 very good sized double beds.
Wonderful No place to store the luggage, the staff is not friendly, we have to wait for 45 mins to bring down the luggage, while the lift was too busy. We nearly missed our flight.

Amazing staff, excellent location, thrilling views from the rooftop bar! Everything was perfect This was our 2nd time here. We love this place! The rooftop restaurant experience was amazing! Taking reservations is a great improvement. We were spoiled by the staff. We will be back!
