Comfortable and friendly staff Only thing I didn’t like was how long the wait for the elevator was every time Staff were really friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing. You get a drink token and a poker chip to spend in the property. We ended up getting coffees with the drink vouchers the next morning which was nice that we could do that
Good El penúltimo día no nos hicieron el aseo a la habitación, de resto muy bien. La ubicación es muy buena si vas al times square, también queda muy cerca de varias estaciones del metro.

Super Lage, Aussicht und Zimmergröße Der Lobbybereich ist ziemlich klein, insgesamt gibt es Platz für 8 Personen zum Sitzen. Das Housekeeping-Personal spricht überwiegend nur spanisch, also selbst ein „later“ wurde nicht verstanden. Wasserflaschen und Handtücher wurden FAST immer ausgetauscht. Super zentrale Lage. Subway direkt am Hotel. Zimmer für New Yorker Verhältnisse ausreichend groß. Und auch relativ leise, also wenig Straßenverkehrgeräusche zu hören. Bad ist groß genug, hat viel Abstellfläche und ist auch sauber.

Very Good Ze hebben 2 keer me creditcard belast dus 2 keer 150 dollar als borg en heb die geld nog steeds niet terug gekregen twrwijl.ik de volledige kosten op.locatie had betaald...en na 6 weken nog steeds geen geld ..dus bij deze hotel wordt je gewoon gehosseld
