A superb experience from start to finish. Reached Caleb on a holiday to explain that we found our toilet was leaking. Alex, the scheduler, called us back with in 10 mins to setup an appt. Richard, who was there in 1 1/2 hours. Richard examined the leaking toilet and gave us our options, very clearly spelled out.
