Terrible experience! Wooden & Chainlink fence job. We totally understood having to wait 4-8 weeks due to the need for fence supplies. However, when they finally got started, they worked haphazard here and there for weeks. Stop and starting due to forgotten equipment, the wrong supplies, and vehicle issues. Each crew that came out said they would be finished the next day. Then it was the next day. Then the next. Then we found out they had been stalling because they didn’t have the gates ready. Metal fence ordered with company on December 21, 2020 and on “installation” date at the end of February 2021 the team showed up with another customer’s fence and came back with part of our order and wrong gates. Then upon starting partial installation it was overheard that this was the first metal fence they (this crew) had installed. Irrigation and main water line were damaged in this attempt. After waiting on remainder of delivery now and several calls with Richard and another meeting with Shawn, we have only received more... read more
While building a wall on my neighbor's property, Shawn and his crew were given access to our property, after assurances he would leave it as he found it. After several weeks of inconvenience while they did the job on and off, Shawn informed us that the job was complete and he would not repair concrete he damaged on our property, or our new paver driveway that he hydroblasted the filler out of, or our landscape block wall his guys chipped and left glue all over.
