They are Spammers that only add to his mailing list without questions.
They contacted my company, a local weekly newspaper and said they were representing the local school. I contacted the school and they replied that this is a scam and the school is in no way connected with this business that is supposedly supplying free t-shirts.

When we found out how much money they wanted from our businesses we asked that they cancel our order but said they couldn't even though it was 5 months from printing. Our school was in the middle of a building project so we didn't want to further burden businesses at this time. Basically they said it was too late and proceeded to send me an email of how the shirts would look if we didn't choose one of our own design. So I designed a T- shirt for our youth camps. It is company policy that we cannot cancel a contract after we have started selling community ads for the t-shirts, and that alone must have been disappointing. Our corporation has had a very bad experience with this company. They are very unprofessional. Most recently, they published an ad on a sports season calendar that was something other than the one we approved. Apparently they just improvised or didn't know what they were doing.

They called and misrepresented themselves as making a product for a local FFA, and asked us to advertise on the shirt. I contacted the local FFA, and they have said they are not aware of any shirt being made and they have received multiple calls about it. They are a scam. Tell them you are not interested. The area code they called from is 208. They also told me the website is wehelpschools.com.
