just now Critical: Reliability, Value They told me my kitten was a boy when we took him to get his first round of shots and then told me to come back at the six month mark to get him neutered. I dropped him off at 7:30am for the surgery, but then they called and told me the cat was a female and needed to be spaded . The cost to spade the cat would be $611.73. This facility performs procedures without consent, and then requires payment on said procedures. I spoke with a manager. She, in not these words, stated I should know veterinarian regulations and associated procedures with requested services. It was the patient’s shortcomings for not asking additional questions. So, in this COVID environment, I drop off my pet outside and wait in my vehicle, while unknown procedures are performed on my pet. Do NOT recommend this veterinary facility.

I wouldn’t recommend. We were seen by Dr. Brunner about a month ago for our dog not being able to open his eye. She did a few quick eye testings (no blood work) and treated him for allergies. Gave eye drops and pain meds (pain meds for allergies?). We were told to follow up if it wasn’t getting better, I came back in about 10ish days later as it wasn’t getting better, she maybe looked at him for 5 minutes and said allergies and prescribed more pain meds (???). Very disappointed with the recent service. Intended to buy dog food for my Pug, I saw the shelf was out of his regular food. The lady at the desk said she would check in the back, after searching the computer for my name as well as the name of my dog, after returning home to find out I was given and charged for cat food. Very upsetting as I do not live in town and will have to make an extra trip to get this resolved, as well as finding alternative food for my pet for the time being. More diligence would be great when helping... read more

I feel all city pet care does a good job taking care of the pets themselves- BUT they really are not honest people with the financial part of it. They tried to charge me for giving my dog a nail clipping when they didn't ask my permission before doing it. Another time I called ahead to see how much something would cost. So of course I showed up prepared to pay that amount. They charged me an extra $65 to do a "quick" physical exam that they didn't tell me about!! You guys refused to see a possibly dying dog today,very disgusting"service". Being the only emergency vet in town, my locl vet who is closed, ha your number on his machine, to call for emergency. What a joke. Life lost today, at the hands of your refusal of service. Absolutely patheic, and. Hope when you are dying and need service that you all ae refused, and left to die painfully and alone withno one to help. Fuck you all city pet(don't)care, fuck you
