Explained the work they were performing. All County Chimney was prompt, clean, courteous, and efficient. Did not try to sell any additional services. I highly recommend All County Chimney and would use them again.
Vinny and Eric are the owners of All County Chimney, do all of the work and are fully insured. They arrived on time, protected the area surrounding the fireplace and discussed the approach they would use to clean the chimney. The original plan was to clean the chimney from the roof top down. This wasn t possible because our chimney is pretty far off the roof and no safe place to place a ladder. They were very professional. They know what they are doing. Out of all the people who came out to give us a quote they were the only ones who went into the basement to check the furnace. Our house is 90 years old, even with the new system they put in plus fixing our chimney they gave us the best price then the people who were only going to fix our chimney. They were nice and they cleaned up after themselves I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Vinny is extremely pleasant. He was early for apt. And even recommended items for our now working fireplace! Very easy!

Vinny responded to my request quickly. He inspected my chimnies and repaired the storm damage. He took pictures of additional areas of concern and talked me through ways to prevent future damage. His services were priced very fairly and he stood behind his work. I would highly recommend and call him for future services.
Vinny was amazing. Very personable and engaging in conversation. No BS, and kept his word. Even showed up earlier than planned, of course giving me a call to make sure it was okay to come. He recommended affordable options to take care of my fireplace needs. He went above and beyond to deliver excellent service. I would recommend him to anyone in need.
The guys that showed up to my house were great. They showed up on time, were very polite and professional. Also in the times we are in right now they showed up wearing masks. We would definitely recommend and use them in the future.
