I was impressed with this clinic from the start. I would like to thank the entire staff that always took such great care of Sonny our red nosed pit bull. He was cared for at All Creatures for all his 13 years. Thank you Dr Kidwell for taking such good care of Sonny and performing a perfect splenectomy! They were very accommodating with a same day appointment. The staff was great!! I wasn't waiting long at all compared to the SPCA which is a mess even when you have an appointment. I've waited 4+ hrs before there! I guess the only issue I had is the vet I had never introduced himself and he was afraid of my cat. He's a Maine Coon mix so he's a big guy and he had an ear infection and when the doc tried to look in his ear and the cat would attempt to escape the vet would jump back like the cat was going to attack him. This is by far the best animal clinic I have ever used. All the doctors are highly train. The staff is the most caring in all situations. The front desk is efficient and know you by your pets name. I am very comfortable with all the vets and vet technicians. I love All Creatures!!!
