My dog needed a medicine for a ear infection but they said they could not buy it from the company but I can ????? You are a veterinary clinic but you can't get the medicine but me your average Joe can. Something is not on the level. BIG RED FLAGS 🚩🚩🚩🚩 BEWARE !

Hi Daniel Unfortunately, we do not carry multiple brands of ear medication as it is not practicle due to space and inventory costs. We are always willing to script out the appropriate medication if we do not carry it in house.
Recommendedthe vet techs are nice but the veterinaeian himself is kind of a jerk. when i first took my pure bred, embark tested, akc papered and registered dog in for his first round of shots the vet asked when i was going to get him neutered. i looked him straight in the eye and said i wasn't going to and he wasn't QUITE fast enough to hide a scowl of disapproval. Hi Josh, We typically try to give information and recommendations based on pets medical needs and life-style. We apologize if we made you feel judged and this is not something we typically do. Our staff asks questions and give information to clients so they can make decisions that best fits their situation and needs of their pet. Our current recommendation is to delay neutering as new studies have shown some health benefits , especially for larger breed dogs.
The lady inside was extremely rude and shoved my dog (13 years old) out of the way of door so my son n could open the door, then the dr was rude in the way he talked to my son (24 years old) then put his hand on him and told him to move out of the way! They have no people skills. Will not ever take any of my animals there, then they were mad because she had an accident in the office!

Ive never had a problem with the service at this clinic until yesterday, when the people who interacted with my pets were great! And Linda at the front desk is extremely respectful and helpful but one receptionist, Sandy I believe her name is with blonde tightly curled hair acted very discriminatory towards me. My family and I HAD Covid-19, we responsibly self-isolated we are NO LONGER CONTAGIOUS OR SICK and have since returned to our daily lives as instructed by local Public Health. My boyfriend took his dog here twice and both times Dr Cassidy diagnosed the animal wrong, we took it to get a second opinion at another local vet and he's doing great.
We took our puppy here for a simple spay procedure and it died at the vet office. Now I have two heart broken children to tell them their fur baby passed at the vet office over a simple procedure. Staff was laughing in the back room when we were grieving over our loss. Very unprofessional.Don't take your pets here they may not come home.
