I was turned away by SEVERAL veterinary clinics around the area because I have an “exotic pet” Chinchilla. The receptionists actually took time when I called to see if any of their animal doctors on staff had experience with, and were comfortable working with Chinchillas. Dr. Molly was able to fit us in at the end of her already booked up day, and was SO patient and caring. My little floofball had an eye infection and she was sure to give us what we needed. I'm a new client and have to say I already love these guys. No pressure, informative, nice, caring and they go out of their way to make the visit easy and enjoyable for both their patient, my dog, and the owner. I was very wishy washy about something and Candy had so much patience with me. It's not easy finding a good, caring vet and staff and we are so happy we were able to find them.
We are from out of town and they were so kind and compassionate to our old man while he is struggling from severe anxiety while being away from home. He is 15 and is suffering from doggy dementia. We can not thank you enough for the kindness and care.
This is the 3rd time we have relied on the presence and expertise of All Creatures Veterinary Clinic for the care of one of our Scottish Terriers while we were in Hazelhurst for vacation. The staff were incredibly accommodating getting us in on a very busy Monday afternoon. Sparky and I were relieved that he was evaluated, treated and discharged with a clear plan and medications. They are the friendliest and best staffed vet in the area! We have been here 15 years, They have taken care of 5 our dogs! Four of the five have been there since puppies. They have been there to care for everything! This office is the most caring out of any up here! We have been to others before we found them! We have been through surgeries!
