After having 2 implant screws put in by Dr Urban, I was told they were not seated correctly. Dr Martin Urban removed the implants and put in 2 more. Again, too close together. He removed one of the two again. I have one implant screw left and 2 years of this. I went for a second opinion and was told "No, this is not correct the existing screw must come out to start over."They settled $300 cost of starting over with a new dentist. Jason Turley, financial manager was VERY rude and offensive. Run

Excellent work preformed cannot say anything negative about that, but when you they tell you the works covered by insurance make sure they actually call your company. I go in have the work done that i was told was free meanwhile a month later they send me the entire bill because they dont know how to use a phone to call insurance providers. Extremely unethical and wrong DO NOT USE THEM.

Excellent Care, Excellent Service. It should be for the ridiculous cost. I was referred by my in network dentist. I asked many questions about cost during the evaluation, they compared my options for the procedures, provided insight into the details and were very helpful in selecting a cost effective solution. When I received a bill more than one month after the procedure I was informed that I didn't ask about the network and they never state they are in-network when they are not. So clever.
