I had the extreme pleasure dealing with Ginger Duncan in a family matter. Not only was she very professional but she was also so dynamic, kind and so respectful of my decisions. Everything was good, but longer than I expected. I guess these things take time. I was a little disappointed with the results of mediation, however the length of the marriage was a big factor. Enjoyed Monica and interaction with Cindy. However, I'm having trouble with my ex-wife thinking the house has to sell for more than 400,000, but that was just the required starting list price. Her attorney won't get paid until the settlement of the sale. She's pushing it to live there for free. Not your fault. I enjoyed your pr... read more
