I started the process with high expectations after engaging with my legal counsel. My end results were nothing short of disastrous which left me reeling and trying to recover from this traumatic experience. This experience was horrible and now I’m experiencing even more debt than I had before since I am now responsible for payments that I did not have before this experience. There is no way in good conscience that I can recommend this firm to anyone, not even an enemy! I feel totally let down.

By being more communicative and making more time for your clients. Charging an absurd amount of money for representation that I could have probably done through the courts pro se. In the end there ended up being someone else to go into court with me?Clearly I was not worth the time. Also, any communication was charged (email, phone to the receptionist) you could have included a bulk price and given the amount for email communications totally. Called to schedule a consultation and spoke with a woman who spoke very broken English and was very hard to understand. First she told me they did handle cases in my county and then after giving her some info she stated that I needed to find a lawyer in the county I lived in. Excellent communication, responds quickly to issues/concerns, provided detailed billing, & entire staff is sensitive to how stressful the divorce process can be. Monica is amazing, she definitely has your best interest at heart & is aggressive when/if she needs to be. Highly recommend!
I actually used this firm as my first lawyers,however I ended up completing my divorce with another firm due to lack of efficency.Cindy in the office is grumpy ,unprofessional with tons of typos. The staff assisted me with all my questions, and was timely as well. After the final court order, a different state required rewording (clarification) on the adoption decree. This was handled so efficiently, and made such a huge impact on my family. We are grateful for everyone’s assistance with the adoption.
