Excellent service; they always go the extra mile.
We only buy German cars because of AGA!! They have integrity. They tell us when we need to do something and what can wait, their work is top notch, our cars are taken good care of and so are we! The staff at the counter are so helpful and friendly; they get us in as soon as possible and are cars are ready in a very reasonable amount of time. Thank you AGA!
Came in for Oil/filter change but they found some other potentially serious issues that will need correction. I really like their knowledgeable attention to the whole vehicle, not just limited to the services requested. nice people to do business with.

All service personnel very nice and helpful but I thought it was unreasonable that I needed to wait 2 hours for an oil change and general inspection on the car. I believe the mechanic was multi tasking on some other vehicles at the same time. I had called in advance to check to make sure they had time to do an oil change and they said that they did....I would not have waited 2 hours if I had...

Service representative , Fred, provided excellent customer service. I waited for my car which was done within the time frame stated.
