The lady which helped us the Satterfield was very nice and very responsive to our needs. Opened multiple accounts and changed others. A very nice experience.

Jae Moncrief was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain each type of accounts that was available. She helped me set up everything on my phone . I am so glad I decided to open the account and not just continue to do the shared banking . The other ladies at the counter was very polite and very friendly as well.
